Aufgaben
- Du übernimmst die fachliche, organisatorische und disziplinarische Leitung der Abteilung IT Operations mit rund 30 Mitarbeiter:innen; ca. 16 davon berichten direkt an dich, eine Gruppe von rund 14 Mitarbeiter:innen wird über eine Gruppenleitung geführt.
- Du stellst einen stabilen, leistungsfähigen und zukunftsorientierten Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur sowie einen professionellen Service Support sicher.
- Du entwickelst die Abteilung strategisch weiter, förderst deine Mitarbeiter:innen gezielt und verantwortest die Budget- und Ressourcenplanung.
- Du steuerst die Abteilung anhand klarer Ziele – Qualität, Produktivität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Termintreue – und stellst die konsequente Umsetzung erforderlicher IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sicher.
