About the Role Full-time Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life—interacting with customers in a thoughtful, genuine manner and authentically conveying the brand spirit while fostering an inclusive, friendly environment. They help customers find what they need, maintain a tidy store, and perform essential operational duties in the manager's absence. Position requires working most Saturdays and some Sundays during peak periods with flexible hours to meet business needs.

What You'll Do

• Provide warm, attentive service to every customer; proactively identify needs; initiate conversations naturally and offer product recommendations and styling tips.
• Assist with stock replenishment and keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing; perform folding, hanging, and size sorting to ensure display standards.
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently for purchases and returns/exchanges while maintaining a friendly checkout experience.
• Support online orders: handle out-of-stock purchases, store pick-up, and packing/shipping to enable a seamless omnichannel experience.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in Chinese.
• Ability to deliver an enthusiastic, inclusive customer experience.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and balance customer service with daily tasks.
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable with a consistent attendance record.
