About the Role The Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the company’s global ABAC program-related efforts. This role will oversee the design and execution of ABAC initiatives, ensuring effective risk management across vendors, distributors, and co-promoters. It requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Global Commercial Operations, Law, Finance, and regional compliance leads to implement governance and drive program success. What You'll Do
- Lead and support ABAC program-related initiatives including Third-Party Due Diligence: leveraging technology and AI-tools to enhance processes and conduct look-backs of the vendor base; manage automated due diligence program implementation and ongoing enhancements aligned with Amgen’s risk profile.
- Lead continuous assessments and enhancements of Third Party Global Distributor & Co-Promoter Programs to mitigate ABAC risks.
- Partner cross-functionally with Global Commercial Operations (GCO), Law, Finance, and regional WC&BE compliance leads to drive governance and responsibilities; provide guidance to stakeholders on program governance and requirements.
- Design and conduct risk assessments of the global distributor landscape; lead communications to key stakeholders regarding program utilization and status of current year commitments.

- Experience in Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) compliance program management.
- Ability to lead and support global ABAC program initiatives and risk-based due diligence.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with GCO, Law, Finance, and regional compliance leads.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, governance, and risk assessment capabilities.
- Familiarity with distributor networks and due diligence risk mitigation.
