We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and compassionate 1-on-1 ABA Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician to work with an engaging 16-year-old boy located in Yonkers, NY.

✨ Who We Are Looking For:

Teen-Savvy: Someone who genuinely enjoys working with teenagers, understands their world, and knows how to keep them motivated and engaged.

Positive Energy: A reliable, enthusiastic mentor who brings patience, structure, and fun to every session.

Experienced: Background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), special education, or behavioral support is highly preferred.

Provide direct 1-on-1 behavioral support using ABA strategies.

Collaborating with the family and clinical team to track progress.
