ABA Behavioral Technician / RBT (Evenings & Weekends)
Location: Fluvanna County, VA Setting: In-Home ABA Services Hours: 25 hours per week
Proposed Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–7:00 PM

Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM–5:30 PM

Requirements

High school diploma required
-
RBT certification preferred, but not required

Must have experience in ABA therapy

Must have experience working with children
-
Energetic and playful; experience with non-verbal children a plus

Must be reliable, patient, and compassionate
Responsibilities

Provide individualized ABA services in the client’s home

Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
-
Support the client’s behavioral, social, and developmental goals
