Learning Ladders ABA is looking for a fun, energetic, patient, and compassionate Behavioral Technician to join our team!

SCHEDULE:
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM–5:30 PM
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has a high school diploma
- Has previous ABA therapy experience
- Enjoys working with children
- Is energetic, playful, creative, and engaging
- Is reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Has RBT certification (preferred, not required)
- Has experience with nonverbal children (a big plus!)
YOUR ROLE:
You'll provide individualized, in-home ABA therapy, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and help a child build meaningful behavioral, communication, social, and everyday life skills.
