ABA Behavior Tech • 1-on-1 Kids' Superhero Needed in Southbury! • $25–$30/hr

You’ll work one-on-one with an amazing kiddo, transforming behavior goals into real-world victories. Your daily tasks will include:
- Stealthily hiding speech and communication targets inside a game of tag
- Playing board games where the actual goal is learning how to take turns without a meltdown
- Becoming a master of high-fives, silly faces, and radical encouragement
- Witnessing tiny, monumental breakthroughs that completely change a family's trajectory
Think less data entry and more using your brain, heart, and enthusiasm to build life skills. This is human connection, re-engineered.

- $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
- Flexible shifts available: afternoon, evening, and weekend hours that fit around classes or other commitments
