About the Role The AAC Cargo Services Supervisor will oversee freight operations for Northern Air Cargo in Honolulu, ensuring efficient freight handling, staff supervision, and compliance with regulatory requirements. What You'll Do
- Monitor the performance of the freight service function as provided by Aloha Air Cargo employees.
- Supervise flight handling (loading/unloading aircraft, weight and balance, dangerous goods and special cargo).
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to governmental agency regulatory requirements.
- Conduct training and development for freight operations staff. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years freight operations experience with leadership and computer skills.
- Knowledge of freight handling and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to pass drug test, background checks and security threat assessment. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000-$64,000 per year.
- Location: Honolulu, Hawaii. Onsite work arrangement.
