Directs the plant's 3rd shift production and sanitation activities to achieve quality, quantity, and timely production in a safe and efficient manner. Responsible for maintaining quality and safety in line with company, customer, and regulatory standards while meeting production goals. Works with other managers to optimize operations and drive cost efficiency. What You'll Do
- Oversee production and sanitation activities on the shift, supervising employees to achieve production and sanitation goals efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
- Manage budgets specific to the production and sanitation areas.
- Control labor costs through effective personnel scheduling and utilization, ensuring optimal manpower allocation.
- Maintain and track shift performance in alignment with scheduling, production, sanitation, quality, and safety standards.
