About the Role Volt is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Assistant in Auburn, WA to support machine setup, calibration, and monitoring during the 7:00 PM–7:00 AM 2-2-3 shift. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire role with opportunities for growth and advancement. What You'll Do
- Assist with machine setup and cleanup
- Ensure all measuring and testing instruments are properly calibrated
- Make adjustments to machine operations as needed
- Monitor and manage the production process in the operator's absence
- Weigh, test, and accurately document materials What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- No sensitivities to strong odors
- Safety shoes or boots Nice to Have
- Experience working 12 hour shifts in a fast-paced setting Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $21.50/hr for 3rd shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 2-2-3 schedule) with a temporary-to-hire opportunity
