Job title: 3D Image Surgery Technician
About the Role
The 3D Image Surgery Technician will produce Pre-Operative Plans by converting 2D CT scans into 3D anatomical bone models used to guide robotic surgical devices for knee, hip, shoulder and other procedures. This is a 12+ month contract-to-hire opportunity with standard hours 7:00am–3:30pm and overtime as required.
What You'll Do

Enter segmentation request data into database.

Review CT scans for conformity to required protocol.

Segment CT Scan Data using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models.

Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Arthroplasty.

Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning.

Upload completed Pre-plans to field based personnel.

Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.

Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output

What We're Looking For

A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 2 years' work experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS experience preferred.

Preferred (any of the following): Adobe Photoshop; Certification or related Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI); Certification in Nursing or related field; College level anatomy course completion; demonstrated customer service orientation; interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.

Additional radiology certifications or anatomy coursework.

Compensation & Benefits

Contract/hours-based pay at $20.00 per hour; benefits (medical, dental & vision) available after 90 days of employment.
