Job title: 310T Coach Mechanic
About the Role Our Prevost Mississauga Service Center is seeking a 310T Coach Mechanic to perform skilled mechanical work in the repair and maintenance of Prevost coaches. You will troubleshoot repair needs that are difficult to identify and independently complete repair projects, contributing to safe, reliable transit solutions.
What You'll Do
- Perform skilled mechanical work on Prevost coaches for repair and maintenance at the Mississauga Service Center
- Troubleshoot repair needs that are difficult to identify
- Independently complete repair projects in line with safety and quality standards
- Provide technical assistance to customers over the phone as needed
What We're Looking For
- Qualified mechanical experience
- 310T certification
- Class 1 or Class 2 driver's license
- Ability to be the go-to person in Electrical, HVAC, Slide Out, Pneumatics & Body Repair
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants
- Strong communication skills and willingness to assist customers over the phone with technical issues
Nice to Have
- Experience working with coaches or Prevost products
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $40-$45 per hour, depending on experience
- Signing bonus: $2,500
- 6% vacation after 1 year
