Job title: 2nd Shift NDT Operator
About the Role 2nd shift NDT Operator will perform X-ray nondestructive testing at Level 1 in a manufacturing environment to support quality inspections and defect detection. This role is on the 2nd shift in Mentor, OH.
What You'll Do
- Perform X-ray nondestructive testing at Level 1 using NDT techniques in a manufacturing setting.
- Operate on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM) in Mentor, OH, meeting production quality deadlines.
- Maintain accountability for both quality and quantity of work; support team-based problem solving.
- Demonstrate strong attendance and reliability; work with urgency and motivation.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Previous casting experience is a plus.
- NDT familiarity or certification (X-ray Level 1) is desirable.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, able to meet deadlines and work in a team.
Nice to Have
- Previous casting experience (as noted).
- X-ray NDT Level 1 certification.
