Compensation

Role Summary
The MIG Welder assembles and welds parts according to blueprints and work instructions while operating and maintaining robotic welding equipment and ensuring safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble parts into welding jigs and tack weld according to specifications
- Use grinders, scrapers, and finishing tools
- Operate, clean, and inspect welding robots
- Maintain a clean and organized 5S workspace
- Attend daily safety meetings
- Meet safety, quality, and production objectives
Requirements
- Welding technical certification preferred
- MIG welding experience
- Must pass internal welding test
- Ability to read blueprints and weld to specifications
- Ability to follow standard work instructions
- Knowledge of welding hazards and safety procedures
