Job title: 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician with experience in equipment and/or facilities maintenance within a manufacturing environment. This role is based at a chemical manufacturing site and involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of production and facility systems to support continuous improvement and operational reliability.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and production equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
- Use diagnostic and testing equipment to identify and resolve issues
- Support equipment modifications and installations with Engineering teams
- Assist with upkeep and repair of facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Maintain accurate records within CMMS systems
- Follow all safety protocols, including LOTO and PPE requirements
What We're Looking For
- AAS in Electrical Maintenance, Industrial Electricity, or equivalent certification preferred
- 5 to 10 years of industrial electrical experience; experience with systems up to 480V 3-phase
- Ability to troubleshoot non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment; read electrical schematics
- 5 to 10 years of industrial or facility maintenance experience; strong understanding of mechanical systems (conveyors, pneumatic equipment)
- Experience with preventive maintenance, lubrication, inspections, and calibrations; HVAC experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred; MS Office and CMMS experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; self-motivated; able to work overtime
- Willingness to work overtime as needed

- Cross-training across facility and process equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: $55,094 to $73,000 USD
