About the Role Bachoco USA is hiring a 2nd Shift Cone Loader at the Debone Plant to support production of high-quality chicken products on a fast-moving line. This role focuses on operating and loading on high-speed processing equipment, ensuring proper processing, portioning, and adherence to safety standards.

What You'll Do

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
• Properly load front half on high speed processing machines so that the front half is properly processed
• Properly arrange breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned
• Recognize when a machine is not functioning properly and take appropriate action
• Visually grade product and cut out unacceptable items
• Maintain a pace that aligns with machine capacity and keep the work area safe and sanitary
• Stand for extended periods, walk, and reach with hands/arms; regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Follow safety guidelines; accommodations may be provided for disabilities as needed
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment with exposure to wet/humid conditions, moving parts, fumes, and extreme temperatures

What We're Looking For

• Ability to stand for extended periods; walk and reach with hands and/or arms
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in wet/humid conditions with moving mechanical parts, fumes, and extreme cold or heat
• Safety-conscious mindset and ability to operate in a safety-sensitive role
• Attention to detail with ability to visually grade product and identify defects
• Capacity to work with high-speed machinery and maintain production pace
• Willingness to work the 2nd shift and adhere to shift schedule

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay rate: $16.25 per hour
• $1/hour weekly attendance incentive
• $1/hour night shift premium
