About the Role Bachoco USA is hiring a 2nd Shift Cone Loader at the Debone Plant to support production of high-quality chicken products on a fast-moving line. This role focuses on operating and loading on high-speed processing equipment, ensuring proper processing, portioning, and adherence to safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required
- Properly load front half on high speed processing machines so that the front half is properly processed
- Properly arrange breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned
- Recognize when a machine is not functioning properly and take appropriate action
- Visually grade product and cut out unacceptable items
