What You'll Do
- Operate CNC OD grinders and related equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Support production by performing setup, inspection, and quality checks per specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure on-time production goals.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in manufacturing or machining environments; experience with CNC equipment preferred.
- Ability to read drawings and use precision measurement tools.
- Good attendance, safety awareness, and teamwork.
Nice to Have
- Experience with 2nd or 3rd shift operations.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and tool maintenance.
