About the Role Join Taft's Finance group in Detroit as a 2nd–3rd year Associate. This role supports a range of transactions representing commercial lenders and borrowers, including working capital lines of credit, term loan facilities, real estate facilities, and asset-based lending. It emphasizes a team-oriented, collaborative environment. What You'll Do
- Assist in a variety of transactions representing commercial lenders and borrowers, including working capital lines of credit, term loan facilities, real estate facilities, and asset-based lending.
- Support deal execution from drafting and negotiation through closing; perform due diligence, lien perfection, and document review.
- Collaborate with partners and clients in the Detroit office; contribute to cross-functional teams. What We're Looking For
- 2nd–3rd year associate with experience in Finance.
- Experience with transactional finance, including working capital lines, term loans, real estate facilities, and asset-based lending.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $175,000 – $210,000 per year.
