Retail Assistant Supervisor at Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Meridian, Idaho. This onsite, part-time role supports store operations, guest service, and donor participation. May serve as Supervisor in Charge to ensure high standards and policy adherence.

What You'll Do: Supervise staff and assist with retail and production activities to meet production and sales goals. Demonstrate superior guest service by handling transactions promptly and courteously; resolve guest complaints with urgency. Ensure cash register and cash handling procedures are followed; correct errors per procedures. Greet guests within 10 feet and maintain guest-service standards. Complete or delegate tasks to keep the store in compliance with guest-service standards. Assist with follow-up of Store Visit Reports and action plans. Assist in inventory control: rack rolling, maintenance, stock rotation. Assist with management of new purchased products for best return. Ensure retail display standards are met. Perform administrative tasks: daily/weekly/monthly reporting, opening/closing procedures, cash management, stock on hand reporting. May be Supervisor in Charge of the entire facility.

What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of experience. Ability to work evenings and weekends. Physical ability to perform tasks: standing, stooping, bending, carrying 20-100 pounds (by lifting, team lifting or with mechanical assistance). Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation. Pass a background check. Strong guest-service skills. Willingness to cross-train in all aspects of Goodwill.
