About this role
About the Role As a 24/7 Monitoring Engineer at CIS d.o.o. in Novi Sad, you will monitor critical IT systems around the clock, identify and report potential issues, and respond to incidents to help maintain uptime and service reliability. You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure uninterrupted operation of our infrastructure and the highest level of service for our customers. What You'll Do
- First line response to IT related requests from the clients.
- Following up realization of support request in timely manner.
- Proactively monitor and respond to events and incidents in the software and network monitoring systems.
- Prompt reaction to unsolved issues and redirecting them to appropriate company resource.
- Follow defined processes and procedures.
- Accurately process and record customers’ communication.
- Participation in creating processes, procedures and instructions.
