Job title: Expert IAM H/F/N
Expert IAM SRE within the OneTeam for the Public Cloud unit. You will secure, maintain, and evolve OpenStack-based identity services (Keystone) for thousands of users, leveraging automation and AI to redefine access management at scale.
What You'll Do: Evolve Keystone deployments for high availability and state-of-the-art security across the infrastructure. Design and implement advanced RBAC models (fine-grained permissions, multi-region scopes) to meet business needs. Transform ISO 27001 and HDS standards into as-code policies, using AI for audit, anomaly detection and proactive hardening. Promote high-quality code and secure CI/CD pipelines with rapid feedback loops. Experiment with AI tools to model identity flows, simulate access policies, and accelerate troubleshooting. Collaborate with the OpenStack community and foster identity federation awareness (OIDC, SAML) within the group.
What We're Looking For: Deep knowledge of OIDC, SAML and LDAP; ability to model and test complex identity flows, ideally aided by AI tools. Strong understanding of Keystone architecture and identity management at scale (multi-domain, multi-project). Expert in Python (or Go); focus on rapid iteration and continuous prototyping. Experience with AI to boost development and code review workflows. Experience with HA architectures (HAProxy), debugging critical infrastructures, and observability via metrics. Understanding of ISO 27001 / HDS and translating regulatory requirements into elegant technical solutions. Plus: active contribution to the OpenStack Keystone community; interest in using AI for threat detection or log analysis.
