🧭 About Inallmedia.com

Inallmedia.com is a global technology and design firm focused on building impactful digital solutions through remote, distributed teams across LATAM. We partner with international clients across industries, providing long-term technical expertise, product innovation, and team augmentation.

🚀 Project Overview

You will join a fast-paced, collaborative Agile team focused on the quality assurance and platform reliability of a high-impact, web-based SaaS platform. This ecosystem features both user-facing interfaces and complex backend integration layers. Your primary focus will be verifying core functional workflows, API integrations, data integrity, and digital accessibility compliance (WCAG). Operating within a modern technical ecosystem—including RESTful APIs, asynchronous event-driven workflows, and CI/CD pipelines—you will align closely with Software Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support to ensure flawless product releases.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance Execution & Functional Testing: Plan, design, and execute end-to-end (E2E) manual test scenarios, functional tests, and regression suites to ensure platform stability following new deployments and feature releases.
  • API & Backend Validation: Perform API testing and backend service integration validation using Postman; verify system responses, data structures, and contract compliance across RESTful services.
  • Database & Data Verification: Execute relational database queries (SQL) to perform data validation, investigate defects, troubleshoot data flow issues, and verify backend state changes.
  • Accessibility & Compliance Testing: Perform accessibility audits and feature testing in compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards using standard accessibility tooling.
  • Defect Management & Reporting: Document, track, and manage bugs, test executions, and workflow anomalies in Jira; ensure end-to-end traceability from product requirements to resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives), translating business requirements and product specifications into comprehensive test strategies.
  • Log Analysis & Monitoring: Inspect application logs and system events during test execution to isolate root causes of performance or functional bottlenecks.

💡 Must-Have Skills

  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of professional QA experience with a strong focus on manual testing, validating end-to-end workflows, and user functionality.

  • Test Strategy & Execution: Proven ability to interpret product needs, identify business problems, and translate them into effective testing scenarios, validation plans, and regression suites.

  • API Testing: Hands-on experience testing REST APIs, validating backend integrations/services, and verifying responses using Postman.

  • Database & SQL Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for backend data validation, troubleshooting, and test verification.

  • Defect Management: Extensive experience documenting defects, test results, and workflow issues using Jira.

  • Accessibility Standards: Practical experience with WCAG standards and utilizing accessibility testing tooling.

  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, actively participating in sprint cycles, testing ceremonies, and release validation.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Support.

  • Log & System Monitoring: Experience using Datadog for log review, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

  • Event-Driven Systems: Familiarity with Kafka and asynchronous workflow validation.

  • NoSQL Databases: Exposure to MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for backend data validation.

  • Deployment Operations: General understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release validation activities.

  • Domain Background: Prior experience working with SaaS platforms or complex customer-facing/employer-facing applications.

🌐 Time Zone & Collaboration The role is fully remote within LATAM.

Collaboration and alignment with standard North American business hours are required to ensure seamless integration with the core engineering and product teams.

💬 Language All interviews, documentation, and daily communication will be in English.
