YOUR IMPACT STARTS HERE
The Summer Internship program is a three-month exploration that provides a well-rounded, real-world look into what it means to work at Victaulic and in your field of interest. While the majority of the internships are held at our corporate headquarters in Easton, PA, we do occasionally support interns at other PA locations (Alburtis, Nazareth, and Allentown). Our interns spend their time gaining experience and working directly with their supervisor and team members.
We seek to strike a balance between mentoring our interns and teaching them new skills, while providing them with a challenging workload and interesting projects. Through networking events, a buddy program, social activities, competitive compensation, and more, we hope to provide a rich experience that fosters development on a number of personal and professional levels. You will work with your recruiter to determine the perfect fit at Victaulic based on your career interests, major, and our departments’ needs.
WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN
- Take ownership of robust projects that have an immediate and significant impact on your department and Victaulic business
- Work directly with your supervisor and team members to gain real-world experience in your field of interest
- Learn new skills through mentoring, balanced with a challenging workload and interesting projects
- Serve as a great resource to our summer productivity
WHAT YOU BRING
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology or a related field
- At minimum, rising into junior year in college
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in and ability to contribute to a team environment
