About this role

Job title: 2027 Full-time Procurement Leadership Development Program

At Bristol Myers Squibb, our employees often ask, “Who are you working for?”—a question that fuels collaboration, accountability, and urgency in our work. Our purpose-driven culture inspires us to discover, develop, and deliver innovative medicines to prevail over serious diseases. We offer uniquely interesting and meaningful work, opportunities for growth, and a supportive environment that values inclusion, wellbeing, flexibility, and comprehensive benefits. This is work that transforms the lives of patients, and the careers of those who do it.

Position Summary

Empower your career and become a future leader in the biopharmaceutical industry by joining Bristol Myers Squibb’s Global Procurement team through our dynamic Leadership Development Program (LDP).

This 2.5-year, full-time rotational experience is designed to cultivate the next generation of procurement leaders and is perfect for graduates passionate about Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields. The BMS Procurement Leadership Development Program provides a transformative opportunity to build your skills, expand your network, and accelerate your growth into a future procurement leader. You’ll contribute directly to the supply chain that delivers innovative medicines to patients worldwide and gain critical knowledge of the biopharma industry—all while collaborating with high-caliber professionals across BMS.

You will rotate across critical procurement functions—such as sourcing and contracting; procurement operations, transformation, and communications; and category strategy, business partnership, and supplier management -- working on projects that support our mission to discover, develop, and deliver innovative medicines.
