2027 Early Career Systems Engineer

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Assist the systems engineer team in building out new products to satisfy customer requirements in new and challenging mission areas

Contribute technical inputs to engineering execution plans

Develop tools to be used in oversight to a multi-disciplinary team of engineers through all phases of program execution up to and including delivery and operation of capabilities on-orbit

Assist in process development for mission and system level trade studies and analysis to balance risk, cost, and performance

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Must be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field

Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities; U.S. clearance eligibility may be required depending on program

Able to start full time in 2027

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong technical communication skills, providing the ability to deliver critical technical briefings and conclusions to technical leadership

Strong technical fundamentals in an engineering discipline

Working knowledge of systems engineering principles

MATLAB experience

Experience in Linux

US Salary Range
-
$100,000—$130,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
