2027 Co-op Data Science & Computational Biology (Research)

Regeneron is currently seeking multiple 2027 Co-ops in Data Science & Computational Biology to join our Research team, which applies machine learning and data analysis to early-stage drug discovery problems.
These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.
When & where: Location: Tarrytown, NY Timeframe: Our Co-op positions are full-time and onsite from January-August (Spring-Summer). Pay: Intern and Co-op pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for these locations is: $17.90-$50.90 per hour.
What you’ll do

Build models to predict how a genetic variant affects a protein

Develop computational tools for high-throughput image analysis

Harmonize metadata across large public and internal RNA-sequencing datasets

Apply machine learning and data analysis techniques to research questions

Work with large, complex datasets to identify meaningful patterns

Collaborate with researchers to translate data findings into actionable insights

Write and test code to support ongoing analyses

Present results to the broader research team
