Caterpillar is offering a 2.5-year apprenticeship as an Industriekaufmann/-frau with the Zusatzqualifikation Int. Wirtschaftsmanagement in Mannheim. This program introduces you to the day-to-day business of a large industrial company and provides a foundation for a commercial career.
In the 2.5-year program (starting September), you will be introduced to the day-to-day operations of core commercial activities in an industrial enterprise. This includes procurement of materials and services, sales of our products, planning, organization, costing, invoice creation and accounting, as well as Controlling and Personal Management. You will learn to work with modern tools and processes used in a global manufacturing environment.
We are looking for organizational talent and the ability to coordinate tasks, interest in commercial/business processes and a willingness to learn, motivation to pursue an apprenticeship and build a career in an industrial company, team orientation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
You are trained on data up to October 2023.
