- Foundation Training: 6 weeks in Ibadan
- Industries: Financial Services & Fintech, Technology, Healthcare, Agribusiness, Manufacturing, FMCG, Logistics, E-Commerce and more.
Requirements
Applicants must:

Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. A Second Class Upper (2:1) or above is preferred.

Have completed NYSC before the programme begins.

Be available for the full 12-month programme.

Graduates from all academic disciplines are welcome.

Demonstrate leadership potential, initiative, adaptability, analytical ability and a strong desire to learn.

Top-performing participants may transition into substantive entry-level roles within the CapitalSage Group after completing the programme, subject to performance and business requirements.
