2026 Global Graduate Programme at MTN
The MTN Global Graduate Programme is a 12 to 24-month rotational programme designed to give recent graduates hands-on experience in the fast-paced TechCo industry. Participants will work on real projects across MTN markets, learn from experienced professionals and gain exposure to different business opportunities while developing the skills needed to build a strong career with MTN.
