1st Shift Quality Control Inspector - Warehouse Returns

Volt is hiring for a 1st Shift Quality Control Inspector - Warehouse Returns in Toano, VA. Weekly Pay. Great Company Culture! As a Quality Control Inspector you will: Inspect returned inventory and customer returns for quality and accuracy; Verify quantities, serial numbers, part numbers, and product condition; Identify damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items; Sort products for restocking, reboxing, repair, or disposal; Accurately count inventory and complete required documentation; Enter inspection results into Excel and company systems; Apply labels and maintain accurate product identification; Organize and maintain returns inventory areas; Communicate quality issues and discrepancies to management; Support warehouse operations as needed; Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures. This is a full-time opportunity. Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience: High School Diploma or GED; Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to accurately count inventory and identify discrepancies; Good communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and follow established procedures; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse-related physical activities.

• Quality Control Inspector; Quality Assurance; Warehouse Associate; Inventory Control; Returns Processing; Receiving Clerk; Manufacturing; Logistics; Shipping & Receiving; Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Pay rate: 17.00 to 19.00 per hour.

• Shift: Mon-Fri, 8-5.

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
