Pay: 16.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable Assembly Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for assembling components and subassemblies while following work instructions, measurements, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to instructions, measurements, schematics, and blueprints.

• Use hand tools and machinery to complete assembly tasks.

• Prepare materials, parts, tools, and equipment needed for each job.

• Inspect finished products and perform quality control checks.

• Ensure parts and components are properly aligned, connected, and secured.

• Identify and report assembly issues or problems to a supervisor.

• Make adjustments to components when needed to meet specifications.

• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

• Keep work areas, tools, and equipment clean and organized.

• Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and regulations.

• Use materials and equipment efficiently.

• Stand for extended periods while assembling parts.
