Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team and provide exceptional customer support.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize ServiceNow Vulnerability Management / USEM components.
- Develop technical solutions based on business and security requirements.
- Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Configure dashboards, reports, and automation capabilities.
- Design and implement integrations with security and compliance tools.
- Support testing, defect resolution, deployment, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and security stakeholders.
- Participate in knowledge transfer and handover activities.
Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

Proficiency in JavaScript within ServiceNow.

Proven experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.

Experience implementing REST and SOAP integrations.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows and automation.

Experience working in Agile project environments.

Ability to independently implement developer user stories with minimal supervision.

English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.

Nice to have

Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps), Vulnerability Response, or Vulnerability Management.

Familiarity with Qualys, Microsoft Azure CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management), or Cribl.

Understanding of Configuration Compliance and hardening processes.

Experience with CMDB, CI relationships, and MID Server integrations.

Understanding of ServiceNow USEM architecture.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR) certification.
