Job title: 1099 Installer
About the Role Renewal by Anderson is looking to partner with 1099 Installers in the Cape Girardeau, MO area. This role is for self-motivated, independent contractors who will complete installation tasks with minimal supervision, with materials provided and a supportive team. A weekend rate premium exists to reward additional effort.
What You'll Do
- Complete installation tasks with minimal supervision as an independent contractor.
- Work with materials provided; jobs staged the night before for quick in and out load-in and load-out each morning.
- Communicate effectively with General, Operations, and Installation Managers and Warehouse Support to ensure successful installations.
- Operate with proper insurance (General Liability, Workers' Comp, Auto) and follow EPA Lead Safe practices; if not certified, Renewal will schedule training.
- Maintain your own job-site trailer and tools; an enclosed trailer is preferred.
- Participate in background checks and comply with tax reporting requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to obtain or maintain EPA Lead Safe certification; company can schedule training if not yet certified.
- Possess necessary insurance (General Liability, Workers' Comp, Auto).
- Access to a job-site trailer and tools; enclosed trailer preferred.
- Able to pass background checks.
