Compensation Framework:

Weekly Gross Range: $1,000 to $1,200 weekly (~$52,000 to $62,400 annualized).

Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 incentive paid out in scheduled increments.

Mileage Volume: 1,100 to 1,300 miles per work cycle.

Geographic Territory: Regional ramp lanes across Kansas and Missouri.

Cargo Specifications: 100% No-Touch operations utilizing drop-and-hooks and standard live loads/unloads.

Dispatch Shifts: Dedicated night shift schedule.

Work Rotations: Sunday through Thursday weekly framework.

Candidate Mandates:

Experience Threshold: Minimum of 3 months total CDL-A experience, backed by either 6 months of OTR history in the last 12 months OR 1 full year over the past 5 years.
