Job Description
Responsible for the continuous development and verification of compliance with global talent acquisition standards and processes

Develops talent acquisition tools and frameworks for global use in the company

Defines and implements processes, policies and standards for global recruiting, global employer branding processes

Manages global HR marketing and communication concepts and activities incl. social media

Designs, implements and manages global talent attraction, concepts and activities for new talents

Supports the selection process for filling key positions

Manages the applicant management system (templates, layouts, releases, training, etc.) and carries out system administration in coordination with IT

Supports key users for the applicant management system

Analyzes global trends, digitalization opportunities and benchmarking to ensure recruiting excellence and implements innovative best practices

Defines global approaches and rollouts of recruiting programs, policies, processes

Steers global programs and projects
Qualifications

Level of Education: University Degree in relevent field

Experience: Min 2 years of experience

Languages: French and English
