About the Role
Lead the on-the-job training for operators at LEONI's Tunis production site. The role ensures and documents operator training and coaching, identifies training needs, participates in evaluation/appraisal, and maintains the skills matrix and employee qualification data in collaboration with HR. It supports specialist training, data transfers, and updates, and trains staff on workstation rotation and changes to instructions, including response to complaints and quality events (QRQC, 8D, KOSU) and technical changes; also supports the flexibility concept. What You'll Do

Ensure and document operators' on-the-job training and coaching.

Identify operators' training needs.

Participate in the operators' evaluation/appraisal.

Support specialist training to maintain and update skills matrix and employee qualification data.

Work with HR on training updates, new initiatives and data transfers.

Perform duties in accordance with the skill matrix.

Provide training following complaints, QRQC, 8D, KOSU, technical changes & changes to instructions.

Support the flexibility concept.

Train employees on the workstation required by rotation and monitor the performance in the new workstations in terms of quality and quantity. What We're Looking For

Education: University Degree; Branch Of Study: all branches; Experience: Bac+3 with 1 year of experience or Minimum of 3rd Secondary high School Level with 5 years of Experience.
