XOPS CD Data Manager LATAM
JOB PURPOSE The Data Manager – LATAM will lead the Data Foundation agenda across the region, ensuring the stability, scalability, and evolution of data platforms that support critical business processes.
This role acts as a key bridge between the Product Teams and the Data Foundation ecosystem, driving data strategy execution, governance, and operational excellence while ensuring alignment with global Data & Analytics initiatives.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Data Platform Leadership Lead end-to-end ownership of LATAM data platforms and operations.
Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and business continuity across data products and pipelines.
Oversee operational excellence, including incident, change, and problem management.
Data Governance & Quality Drive data governance practices, standards, and ownership models across the region.
