A leading Agro-Allied and Automobile Services company is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee workshop operations and ensure efficient maintenance and servicing of vehicles and trailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the workshop and technical team
- Oversee maintenance, servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting of vehicles and trailers
- Lead, assign tasks to, and monitor workshop technicians and mechanics
- Ensure vehicles and trailers are maintained in safe, roadworthy conditions
- Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure timely repairs
- Monitor workshop tools, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop procedures
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
