- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the workshop and technical team.
- Oversee maintenance, servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting of vehicles and trailers.
- Lead, assign tasks to, and monitor workshop technicians and mechanics.
- Ensure vehicles and trailers are maintained in safe, roadworthy conditions.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and ensure timely repairs.
- Monitor workshop tools, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and workshop procedures.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Liaise with management on workshop needs and requirements.
