Job Summary
Ensure all maintenance and repair in workshop and field are properly done.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate all maintenance work to ensure that work is performed within established time frames through PM module reports and fleet tracking reports
- Oversee all Superintendent’s Day to day target performance and report the efficiency tracking to department HOD.
- Keep a very good equipment number for operation at field and factory cane yard.
- Closely follow and monitor all workshop activities and different type of maintenance.
- Oversee the unresolved problems quickly, troubleshoot maintenance problems and recommend corrective action.
- Complete review of daily intervention and breakdown report from all Superintendent and submit for the final comments of the HOD.
