In this role you will set strategy and drive complex compliance programs for QuickBooks Workforce across the US and Canada. Compliance operations is a critical part of our comprehensive solution that helps small and mid-market businesses manage their teams, optimize productivity, and grow faster.
As a Workforce Compliance Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-jurisdictional compliance programs — defining the approach, leading research, and driving implementation across Product, Engineering, and Operations. You will shape the team's monitoring strategy, set research and documentation standards, and proactively identify where AI can solve compliance problems at scale — building workflows that expand the team's regulatory coverage and reduce manual effort over time.
