Role Outline
- Primarily responsible in assisting Site Lead and Inventory Controller in maintaining the smooth operations in the warehouse and execution of daily warehouse tasks for Menengai to ensure daily receipts, stocks posting, put away, storage and safety targets are met.
About the role Key duties and responsibilities
- Ensure daily briefing and debriefing is done before commencing operations (Toolbox meeting).
- Carry out receipt of goods in good condition and in the right quantity from the supplier and ensure sign off by driver and security personnel.
- Carry out data entry of received stocks in WMS (JDA) real-time on confirmation of receipt.
- Fully responsible for product handling, picking, storage and stock integrity.
- Control stock loss and offer explanation on any non-conformity or stock variance to Site Lead for investigation and escalation.
