Wholesale Casualty Brokerage Assistant
Location: This role will work hybrid out of our Chicago office with Mon-Thurs in office and Friday's work from home. Our office is located at 540 W Madison St Floor 9 Chicago, IL 60647.
What will your job entail?
- Support the day-to-day servicing and administration of commercial casualty insurance accounts.
- Assist brokers with quoting, quote issuance, binder preparation, policy processing, endorsements, and account documentation.
- Review policies, endorsements, binders, and related insurance documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare renewal marketing materials, submissions, cover letters, and other brokerage-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate client, policy, and transaction information within agency management systems and document management platforms.
