Aufgaben
- Du wirkst bei der Pflege und Verwaltung von Miet- und Gestattungsverträgen mit
- Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung und Korrespondenz mit Mietparteien
- Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesslandschaft aktiv mit und bringst eigene Ideen ein
Profil
- Du absolvierst ein Studium in Immobilienmanagement, Immobilienwirtschaft, Real Estate Management oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du gehst sicher mit dem MS Office-Paket um und kannst digitale Tools zielgerichtet einsetzen
- Deine hohe Teamfähigkeit und Dein Wille, Neues zu gestalten, zeichnet Dich aus
- Du kannst Dich auf verschiedene Zielgruppen einstellen, bringst die nötige Empathie mit und kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe mit Deinem Gegenüber
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
