Diese Aufgaben warten auf Sie:
- Betreuung und Kommunikation mit Kunden sowie dem Außendienst
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden- und Preisstammdaten
- Erstellung von Angeboten sowie professionelle Auftragsbearbeitung
- Bearbeitung von kaufmännischen Reklamationen
- Mitarbeit in abteilungsinternen sowie bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
Das zeichnet Sie aus:
- Immatrikulation in einem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang, z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im kaufmännischen Bereich, Customer Service oder Vertrieb sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365; SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert
