Job title: Welding and Fabrication Technology Trainer
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, competence-based training aligned with the approved TVET curriculum and industry standards.
- Prepare and implement effective learning plans and pedagogical tools.
- Facilitate hands-on training and assessments.
- Develop, administer, and evaluate assessments.
- Supervise and mentor trainees in projects and professional practice.
- Maintain academic records and training report.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Must have bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in the advertised disciplines requiring at least HND.
- Must have diploma in the advertised discipline requiring at least diploma.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in training area.
- Should have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Pedagogical training and TVET License will be an added advantage.
