Your role is crucial in delivering our brand's promise of exceptional hospitality and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process for all guests.
- Greet and welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile
- Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and hotel information
- Offer welcome beverages or amenities upon arrival, based on guest status or preferences
- Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure a seamless guest experience
