About this role

We are seeking an experienced, adaptable Website Manager and Developer to oversee the growth, maintenance, and technical needs of the Cooper Union websites. In this role, you will support creative design, digital marketing, and back-end development. Your responsibilities include writing clean code, managing our Content Management System (CMS), improving site speed and security, and delivering an outstanding, secure user experience (UX).
Web Development & Technical Operations
Design & Build: Develop and maintain responsive, scalable web pages using Figma, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks, including CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, MS SharePoint).
Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve core web vitals, page load speeds, mobile responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
