Für unser E-Commerce Fulfillment Center in Lich suchen wir Sie als Operations Manager (m/w/d) - als praxisorientierte Führungskraft in den Bereichen Inbound, Outbound oder ICQA Operations. Sie übernehmen die operative und strategische Verantwortung für bis zu 1.000 Lagerfachkräfte.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für die täglichen Abläufe im jeweiligen Bereich
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Leistungskennzahlen (KPIs, SLA)
