Key Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and maintain discipline among warehouse staff and supervisors.
- Oversee receiving, stock organization, order processing, and timely dispatch.
- Conduct stock audits, maintain accurate inventory levels, and minimize losses or damages.
- Enforce punctuality, safety, and operational standards across the warehouse.
- Supervise warehouse staff and subordinate supervisors to ensure efficient daily operations.
Requirements
- BA/BSc/HND or relevant qualification.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing warehouse staff and subordinate supervisors.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
